Our estate sale consultations are free. We’ll walk through and evaluate the size of the job to give you realistic expectations on prep time and discuss our commission rates with you if the job is one we can assist with.

Maybe you’re not quite ready for an estate sale but need some help organizing.
Whether it’s a closet, craft room, living space, kitchen space, bedroom or more… we’re here to make you own your home and items versus your items and home owning YOU. Functionality is key. We want to provide storage and display solutions to allow for less cleaning time and more freedom.
Hours and prices are subject to changed based on requirements. All consultations are free.
Professional Cleaning
Some times our clients need a little extra help after an estate sale. We do offer professional cleaning including all surfaces, windows, mirrors, cabinets, doors, floors, fans and bathrooms.
A pricing guideline for a home requiring cleaning post sale would be
$150 first room
$55 each additional room
We can even subtract cleaning or bulk trash or other services from your profit if that’s easier for you! Let us know your needs, we’ll take care of the rest.
